NextGen Leaders Academy

Objective: To provide youth with leadership, communication, and project management skills that prepare them for future careers and community leadership.

Target Group: Young leaders, students, volunteers, and youth workers.

Activities:

- Training sessions in public speaking, negotiation, and team management.

- Mentorship programs with business leaders, academics, and NGO professionals.

- Simulation games such as 'Youth United Nations' or 'City Council Simulation'.

- Annual leadership camp for hands-on learning and networking.
